Our Company, as the controller of your personal data that we collect from our interaction, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and takes all appropriate measures to ensure and maintain the confidentiality and protection of your Personal Data in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.
This policy sets out how we process and protect your personal information that you provide to us when you use our Website or access the myinalan online platform. Please note that you are not obliged to provide us with your personal data, but in this case we may not be able to provide you with certain products and/or services.

Ways in which we obtain your personal data
This data can be collected either by telephone (e.g. telephone communication), or online (when you complete an interest form or proceed to pay for our services or via electronic mail) or physically (e.g. after connection by our technicians at your location and signing the relevant Telecommunications Services Agreement or if you visit our offices) and include:
a) personal data, such as name, surname, address, contact numbers, VAT number, copy of identity card, passport, email address, username, password, information about the connection package and full billing information
b) financial data, such as billing information for Inalan services, payment information for electronic communications services, credit or debit card information cards, data concerning disputes, financial pending issues of subscribers.
Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data
We collect and process your Personal Data in the following cases, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 of the General Regulation:
-in order to provide you with our services and to service the contract between us
-for charging you and managing the issuance and payment of the relevant invoices
-for creating and managing your account on the myinalan electronic platform when you register with us.
-to provide you with technical and customer support
– to contact you for advertising, marketing and market research purposes regarding our products and services after obtaining your consent, which you always have the right to withdraw and change your preferences again if you wish.
-to inform you about modifications to our services, changes to our terms and policies and/or other significant updates.
-to comply with our legal obligations and for the purposes of our legitimate interests or those of other natural persons, in particular, upon a relevant request from any administrative, judicial or other competent authority in the lawful and appropriate exercise of its jurisdiction
-to respond to emergency situations we provide information to the competent bodies

In all cases, personal data are submitted to Inalan voluntarily by the subjects themselves.
Our Company is responsible for protecting you every time you use the website www.inalan.gr and the electronic platform myinalan either as a simple user or in the context of providing services as our subscriber, and to inform you of all the information you need, in accordance with articles 12, 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, which applies from May 25, 2018 at the European level.

The Company's Subscribers and interested parties in general have the following rights regarding their personal data:
right of access (article 15 GDPR), to inform them regarding which data we process, the purpose of processing and their recipients.
right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), in order to update them and correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions
right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), subject to the more specific restrictions provided for in the General Regulation, (Article 17 GDPR),
right to restriction, under the conditions provided for in the General Regulation, (Article 18 GDPR),
right to portability, in order to receive their data in electronic form and transmit them at their discretion (Article 20 GDPR),
right to object to processing provided that they do not conflict with the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims of
our Company, which develops action after its exercise making the processing that had preceded it lawful (Article 21 GDPR).
-Right to withdraw consent to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal.
-Right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or to another supervisory authority, if you consider that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.
To exercise your above rights, you can submit your request either in person at our Company's offices or by email to the address legaldep@inalan.gr , by sending the relevant form, after you have first certified the authenticity of the signature by a competent authority or through the digital document certification process from gov.gr. If your request is submitted electronically, the response will also be provided by electronic means, unless you request otherwise, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We will respond to your request without undue delay within one (1) month of receipt. In exceptional cases, due to a high workload and depending on the complexity of your request, this deadline may be extended for two (2) months, after you have been informed in advance of the reason for the delay. "For your own security, you are required to present a valid ID card or passport for identification. Our Company may request the provision of additional information, if this is deemed necessary to confirm your identity.
In the event of a request from a third party for the provision, access or processing of data concerning you, in addition to proof of identification of the third party, valid authorization from the subscriber/data subject is required.
Requests with unclear content may not be able to be examined without additional clarifications. For this reason and to avoid delays, you are requested to be clear when formulating your requests. It is noted that in the event that your request is manifestly unfounded, we reserve the right to refuse further processing.
Data Retention
Our Company keeps documents or electronic files for as long as the contract between us is in force and additionally for as long as specifically provided for by law (e.g. tax legislation, ADAE legislation, etc.).
