Returns Policy
This product/service return policy concerns distance service contracts through this INALAN website («inalan.gr»).
The customer must, upon delivery of the products/services purchased, check their condition and the agreed properties.
Products/services are returned in the following cases:
a) When products/services were sent to the customer incorrectly or differently from those ordered. The customer has the right to refuse receipt of the product/service from the outset and to call 2152152255 for their replacement or return, with the corresponding refund to the customer of the price paid by him.
b) When the products/services sent to the customer are defective, such as indicative products that show obvious damage, damaged during transport, poorly packaged, etc. The customer has the right to refuse to receive the said products/services from the outset and to request their replacement or a refund of the price paid.
In any case, upon issuance of his bill, the Customer will examine the bill and check the credit and debit entries reflected in it and will notify the Company in writing of any omission or error in the bill. After the expiry of twenty (20) days from the date of issue of the invoice without objection by the Customer, it is agreed that the invoice is considered accurate and that the Company has correctly debited it and constitutes a legal means of proof and document within the meaning of the law for the full proof of the Customer's debt for the entire amount stated.
c) In case the Customer is not satisfied with the products/services received, he has the right to withdraw from the above transaction, in accordance with the applicable Greek legislation, by exercising the right of withdrawal below
Right of Withdrawal
The exercise of the customer's right of withdrawal for the services/financial programs/products paid for through the website www.inalan.gr is carried out in accordance with the procedure below:
Withdrawal from service/financial program contracts is accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the activation of the requested Electronic Communications Services and the signing of the relevant contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer calls 2152152255 or sends an email to info@inalan.gr.
In this case, the Customer is only charged for the use of the Electronic Communications Services for the period until the final termination of the Services due to his withdrawal.
The refund of the price paid via credit/debit card will be made in the same way, namely by order of INALAN to the Partner Bank to credit the price paid to the bank card with which the transaction was made.
