Do I need to cancel my current connection to connect to Inalan?
Our network is autonomous and independent and is not involved or influenced by any other provider.
Therefore, the cancellation of your current connection is not related to your request to connect to our network.
How long will I be able to connect to the Inalan network?
If you are within our Coverage Area and infrastructure is already available:
Your connection can be activated quickly!
Our technical team will schedule an installation visit within a few days.
If you are within our Coverage Area but additional works are required:
Our technical department will first carry out the necessary assessment. Once the process is completed, your connection will be activated as soon as possible.
If you are outside our Coverage Area:
The connection timeframe depends on municipal approvals and the distance required for the network expansion.

What is symmetric internet and symmetric speeds?
Symmetric internet means that download and upload speeds are the same. Unlike traditional connections that offer fast downloads but slow uploads, symmetric internet ensures that data is sent and received at the same speed. This symmetry is especially useful for users who need stable and fast data transmission, such as gamers, remote workers and content creators.
To achieve symmetric speeds, it is necessary to support fiber optic network infrastructure. This is not something that all providers offer, making symmetric internet an exclusive advantage for companies like Inalan.
What is the cost of installing the equipment and how will I pay for it?
The installation fee is €35 (VAT included) and is paid directly to the technician upon completion of the installation.
If additional work is required to adapt the installation to your premises, an extra charge of €25 may apply.
Do I need to cancel my current connection to connect to Inalan?
No! Inalan's network is autonomous and independent, so your current connection is not affected and you do not need to cancel it to connect with us.
Is there a cost to install a Splitter Box in my building?
No, the installation of the splitter box is free of charge. The only cost is the installation and activation fees for the optical fiber within your premises, which are paid to the technician on the day of connection.
Is optical fiber an ecological material?
Yes! Fiber optics are environmentally friendly and completely safe for health, while offering a fast and reliable connection.
How long does it take to connect to the Inalan network?
Connection time depends on network availability in your area:
• Within Coverage Network with existing infrastructure:
The connection is completed quickly, with a technician's visit usually within 1
week.
• Within Coverage Network with required work:
A technical check is initially carried out and the connection is completed
usually within approximately 2 weeks.
• Outside Coverage Network:
The connection time depends on the Municipality and the distance of the network extension.
What is VoIP telephony?
VoIP telephony is telephony that operates via the internet and not via a traditional telephone line. That is, the voice is converted into a digital signal and transmitted through the internet connection.
Can I have a landline phone & internet in Inalan?
Yes, at Inalan you can have internet and landline together. There are Internet & Landline packages available.
What is the process for applying and activating the line?
To connect to the Inalan network, complete the Application for Interest or
contact us by phone:
• Residential customers: 13848, 215 215 2255
• Corporate customers: 13881, 210 440 8400
A technical study is then carried out to confirm the possibility of
installation and to determine the activation time of your line.
How can I see if there is Inalan coverage in my area?
You can find out about the areas covered by Inalan's network through the coverage map, which shows the entire Inalan network.
In addition, with the Availability Check you can easily see if the service
is available at your address.
Why should I add an Access Point?
An Access Point helps you get a better and more stable Wi-Fi connection throughout your space. It's especially useful when your router's signal doesn't reach all rooms well or when there are "dead spots" in your home or office.

You can make a online application through the Inalan website, selecting the internet or internet & landline package that interests you. Then, an availability check is performed at your address, to confirm whether there is network coverage in your area.
If there is availability, the Inalan team will contact you to provide the necessary information and schedule an installation appointment. The technician will come to your location, install the fiber optic, and deliver the connection ready for use.
What is symmetric Internet and symmetric speeds?
Symmetric Internet offers the same download and upload speeds, ensuring a stable and reliable connection without limitations. Unlike conventional connections, you enjoy the same high performance in both downloading and uploading data.
It is ideal for working from home, gaming, streaming, cloud services and content creation. Symmetric speeds are based on fiber optic infrastructure and are a significant advantage that not all providers offer.
