ESG

Inalan's ESG Strategy: Sustainable Internet, Environmental Responsibility, and Social Impact.

Founded in 2014, Inalan is one of Greece’s leading providers of reliable, high-speed Internet services, leveraging its privately owned fiber-optic network. With active infrastructure across more than 43 urban areas in the regions of Attica and Thessaloniki, the company is among the fastest-growing Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network providers in the Greek market.

As we continue this growth trajectory, sustainability remains a core pillar of our strategy, aimed at creating lasting value that benefits not only our Company, but also society and the environment. Our priorities include reducing our environmental footprint, supporting local communities, and eliminating digital exclusion, while maintaining strong corporate governance practices.

Sustainability in Practice

Through these initiatives, Inalan actively supports the principles of sustainable development, striving to balance economic growth, social responsibility, and environmental protection.

Environment

Our efforts include energy-efficient initiatives, monitoring energy consumption, and promoting environmental awareness among employees. More specifically:

Renewable Energy Procurement: Since November 2023, the company has sourced 100% of its electricity exclusively from renewable energy sources.

Reducing Paper Consumption: Inalan achieved its target of reducing paper consumption per employee by 5% in 2024 by promoting digital workflows and limiting printing.

Recycling: Dedicated recycling bins have been installed across all office spaces and branches, supporting responsible waste management practices.

Fuel Consumption: The Company systematically monitors the fuel consumption of its vehicle fleet and provides drivers with guidelines for more efficient vehicle use.

It is worth noting that these efforts earned the Company the Gold Award in the “Green Telecommunication Service” category at the Green Awards 2025 organized by Boussias Events.

Social Impact

Volunteering and Employee Awareness:

In collaboration with Greek Eco Project, we implement initiatives that foster volunteerism and strengthen the environmental awareness of our employees.

Public Engagement

We also conduct social media campaigns aimed at raising public awareness on important issues such as gender equality, the elimination of violence against women, and environmental protection.

Diversity and Inclusion: We cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment that emphasizes employee growth and well-being. By the end of 2026, we aim to provide inclusion training to all employees and ensure that every new employee receives the same training.

Donations: At the social level, we actively contribute through donations that support education and sports.

Governance

The Company ensures a high level of transparency and accountability through robust internal policies and full compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.

We have established a strong internal governance framework that promotes ethical conduct, transparency, and effective risk management, fully aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Assessment by the Independent GRESB Organization

The Company participates in external assessments, including those conducted by GRESB, to evaluate its sustainability performance.

GRESB is an independent, internationally recognized organization that provides validated ESG performance data and benchmarking against companies within the same industry.

We have participated in the GRESB assessment process for three consecutive years, achieving significant year-on-year progress that reflects the continuous improvement of the Company's practices and our commitment to sustainable development.

In 2024, Inalan achieved an impressive increase of nine points in its assessment score, reaching 84 points.
