The special optical equipment used for the connection is provided by the company, for which there is an equipment guarantee fee of €28. The basic programs are provided without binding contract. This means that our payment is prepayment (Which means at the end of each month, you prepay for the next one).
Interruption of services is possible, as long as there is an update before the 1st of the month. Also, you have the option to freeze your subscription for one month, without any charge. In case of interruption or over than one month, activation fees apply.
EXCEPTION of the above, is the 100/100 €28 package, which is provided with 24-month contract. In case of early termination of the contract, a disconnection clause applies.
