– for the billing of subscribers

– for the purposes of its legitimate interests or those of other natural persons, in particular, where it is intended to provide, to the competent emergency response and law enforcement authorities

– with consent, indicatively for purposes of advertising, marketing and market research of Inalan services

In all cases, personal data are submitted to Inalan voluntarily by the subjects themselves.

– the right to erasure, subject to the more specific restrictions laid down in the General Regulation,
