This product/service return policy applies to distance service contracts through this INALAN website (inalan.gr).
The customer is obliged upon delivery of the products/services purchased to check their condition and the agreed properties.
Products/services are returned in the following cases:
α) When products/services have been sent to the customer incorrectly or differently from what they ordered. The customer has the right to refuse to receive the product/service in the first place and to call 2152152255 for their replacement or return, with a corresponding refund to the customer of the price paid by him/her.
When the products/services sent to the customer are defective, such as products that are visibly damaged, damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc. The customer has the right to refuse to receive the products/services in question from the outset and request their replacement or the refund of the price paid.
In any case, when issuing the account, the Customer will examine the account and check the credit and debit entries reflected in it and will notify the Company in writing of any omission or error in the account. Upon the expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of issuance of the bill without objection by the Customer, it is agreed that the bill shall be deemed accurate and that a correct charge has been made by the Company and shall be legal evidence and documentary evidence within the meaning of the Act to fully prove the Customer’s indebtedness for the full amount stated.
c) In case the Customer is not satisfied with the products/services received, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the above transaction, in accordance with the applicable Greek legislation, by exercising the following right of withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
The exercise of the customer’s right of withdrawal for services/financial plans/products paid through the website www.inalan.gr is carried out in accordance with the following procedure:
Withdrawal to service contracts/financial plans is accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the activation of the Electronic Communications Services requested and the signing of the relevant contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer calls 2152152255 or sends an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In this case, the Customer is charged only for the use of the Electronic Communications Services for the period until the final termination of the Services due to his/her withdrawal.
The refund of the paid price paid by credit/debit card will be made in the same way, i.e. with INALAN’s instruction to the Partner Bank to credit the paid price to the bank card with which the transaction was carried out.
