The cost of installation and activation is FREE at packages provided with binding contract, whereas at packages with no binding contract is €35* including VAT.

The special optical equipment/router used for the connection is provided by the company. Is is provided for free at packages with binding contract, whereas for packages with no binding contract, there is an equipment guarantee fee of €28.
This amount is returned to the customer automatically after 12 months, as the fee of the 13th month of subscription.
It is possible, also, to add extra equipment.
Some of our programs are provided without binding contract. This means that payment system is pre-payment. So, at the end of each month, subscribers must prepay for the next one.
Interruption of services is possible, as long as there is an update before the 1st of the month.
EXCEPTION of the above are the packages, which are provided with binding contract, where, in case of early termination of the contract, a disconnection clause applies.
