Yes, our routers include the functions of a wireless access point.

Our network is independent and it does not affect any other provider so you have multi-connection possibility.
What is the duration of the contract?
There is no binding contract at the home package of 100Mbps dowload / upload. You can stop our services whenever you want, without any charge. On the other hand, the home package of 200Mbps download / upload has a 18month binding contract.
Is there an extra charge for the volume of data?
There is no volume charge to our services.
What Internet speeds do you provide?
The available speeds are 100Mbps download / upload and 200Mbps download / upload.

What is the line activation process?
For connection to our network you need to call to the hotline at 215 215 2255 and leave your request. Right after that you will be informed by our technical department when installation will be done.
How long is the installation process?
You will be connected to the Internet during the same day once network installation is done.
How long will it take to transfer my number to Yuboto/Modulus/Inter Telecom?

How can I view my account and my payments?

When should I pay monthly fee for new connection?
You have 7 working days to pay the monthly fee, once equipment was installed and contract was signed.
In what ways can I pay my bill?
Currently, the payment can be made to the bank accounts given by the company, or at our offices.
How much does the installation of equipment cost and how to pay?
he cost of the installation is 35€ (including VAT) and the payment should be made to the technician after the installation is complete. Other payments are specified in the contract depending on the chosen plan.
Are there any extra charges?
In your first bill a warranty for the equipment provided will be added at the amount of 28 €. This amount will be refunded if you leave within one year and return the equipment or will be credited automatically as a 13th month of internet.
