This Policy has been adopted by the company with the name “MEDIANET INVEST SA” and under the trademark “INALAN”. The registered office of our Company, who is the controller of the personal data that you provide us, is located at: Pefkon 56, Metamorfosi, T.R.N.  800599796 Tax authority FAE ATHENON. 

Our Company, as the controller of your personal data that we collect from our interaction, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and takes all the appropriate measures to ensure and maintain the privacy and protection of your Personal Data in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

This Policy sets out how we process and protect the personal information you provide to us when you use our Website or access myinalan online platform. Please note that you are not obliged to provide us your personal data, although in this case we may not be able to provide you with certain products and/or services.

Ways we obtain your personal data

Personal data can be collected either by telephone (e. g. communication via telephone), online (when you fill in an interest form or make a payment for our services or via e-mail) or by physical presence (e. g. during the connection when our technicians visit your place, and you sign the relevant Telecommunications Services Agreement or if you visit our offices) and include:

a) personal data, such as name, surname, address, contact details, VAT number, copy of ID card, passport, email address, username, password, information about the connection package and full billing information

b) financial data, such as billing data of Inalan’s services, payment data of electronic communication service bills, credit or debit card data, data concerning disputes, subscribers’ outstanding financial obligations.

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data

We collect and process your Personal Data in the following cases, in accordance with Article 6 (1) of the General Regulation:

– in order to provide you our services and for the performance of the contract between us

– for billing purposes and for the management of the issuance and payment of the relevant invoices

– to create and manage your account on myinalan online platform during registration process

– to provide you with technical and customer support

– to contact you for advertising, marketing and market research purposes related to our products and services after obtaining your consent, which you always have the right to withdraw and change your preferences once again if you wish.

– to notify you of changes to our services, changes to our terms and policies and/or any other significant updates.

– in order to comply with our legal obligations and for the purposes of our or other natural persons’ legitimate interests, in particular, upon request by any administrative, judicial or other competent authority in the legitimate and appropriate exercise of its jurisdiction

– to deal with emergencies we provide information to the relevant authorities

– for the fulfillment of a duty performed in the public interest

In all cases, personal data are submitted to Inalan voluntarily by the subjects themselves.

Our Company is responsible for protecting you every time you use the www.inalan.gr website and the myinalan online platform, either as a simple user or as a subscriber during the provision of our services, and to provide you all the information that you need, in accordance with Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, applicable from 25 May 2018 at European territorial level.

Our Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who you can contact by phone through our call center or by email at legal@inalan.gr.

Who we share your personal data with

We value and protect your Personal Data. Our Company remains solely responsible for the security of your personal data. For this purpose, we take all necessary measures to protect them, and we disclose them to third parties only to the extent necessary for the intended purpose and only in the following cases:

– To third party service providers who perform services on our behalf, under contracts with specific provisions for the protection of your personal data, in order in order to enable you the use of this Website and our services, including but not limited to:

• Payment and credit card processing service providers,
• Providers of cloud, network, IT, server, authentication and other virtual services,
• Specialized technicians that will carry out your connection and only the necessary information for this purpose.

–  To any subsidiary or other entity in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any part of our business, assets or stocks (including without limitation bankruptcy or similar proceedings). In such a case, you will be notified in a timely manner via email and/or prominent notice on our Website of any change of ownership and choices you may have regarding your Personal Data.

Measures we take to protect your personal data

In order to safeguard your personal data, we have implemented a series of organizational and technological safeguards, including but not limited to:

• Process of your data only by authorized personnel and measures to ensure the inability of entering the processing systems without authorization (checking permission to enter and denying entry).
• Limited access to the authorized persons depending on the object of authorization and processing of data on a case-by-case basis depending on the purpose of processing.
• Recording of the input, processing, modification and removal operations carried out by authorized persons in the used processing systems and maintenance of the relevant transaction records.
• Process of your data by third parties only under contracts with specific provisions for the protection of your data and only to the extent specified in the relevant contract.
• Security measures taken during the electronic transmission of data to ensure that they do not fall into the hands or be processed by unauthorised persons.

Rights of the interested parties regarding their personal data

 

The Company’s subscribers and interested parties in general have the following rights regarding their personal data:

– right of access (Article 15, GDPR), in order to be informed about which data we process, the purpose of processing and their recipients.

– right to rectification (Article 16, GDPR), in order to update them and correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions

– the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), subject to the more specific limitations laid down in GDPR (Article 17, GDPR),

– the right of restriction, under the conditions laid down in GDPR (Article 18, GDPR),

– the right of portability, in order to receive their data in electronic form and to transmit them at their discretion (Article 20 GDPR),

– right to oppose-object to the processing provided that they do not conflict with the establishment, exercise or support of our Company’s legal claims, right that its results apply after its exercise rendering lawful the processing that preceded it (Article 21, GDPR)

In order to exercise your above rights, you should visit our offices.

We will respond to your request without culpable delay within one (1) month of its receipt. In exceptional cases, due to a heavy workload and depending on the complexity of your request, this deadline may be extended for two (2) months, after you have been informed in advance of the reason for the delay. For your safety, we may ask you to prove your identity before your request for information is granted. If your request is unclear, you may be asked for clarification. For this purpose, and in order to avoid delays, you are urged to be clear when formulating your requests. Please note that if your request is manifestly unfounded, we reserve the right to refuse further processing.

Data Retention

Our Company keeps documents or electronic records for as long as the contract between us is in force and, moreover, for as long as specifically provided by law (e.g. tax legislation, legislation of Hellenic Authority for Communication Security and Privacy etc.).

Amendments

This Policy became effective on 02/02/2024. Inalan reserves the right to modify and adjust it whenever it deems necessary, while any changes come into effect upon their publication on the website www.inalan.gr. You are advised to read and accept this Policy and your acceptance may be recorded. We encourage you to periodically check this page for any changes, as you will be notified by a message on the Website before the change becomes effective.
